The Lebanese Red Cross (LRC) commended the ABC Group for its sustained commitment, welcoming the company’s CEO, Ron Fadel, to its headquarters in Spears. The visit falls under an initiative launched in November 2024 to provide long-term support for the LRC’s humanitarian missions.
Entering its second year, the partnership was created to bolster emergency services “at a time when needs were particularly critical,” ABC noted in a statement. LRC Secretary-General Georges Kettaneh hailed the group’s “consistent commitment,” saying the backing had strengthened the organization’s emergency response capabilities. He also urged other institutions to join efforts to support “the most vulnerable communities.”
Fadel reaffirmed ABC’s dedication to assisting the LRC, calling its teams “everyday heroes willing to risk their lives to save others.” According to Fadel, the collaboration reflects a shared vision rooted in solidarity and in the private sector’s role in reinforcing national resilience.
