Donald Trump will use his address to the United Nations on Tuesday to attack “globalist organizations” that he says have “undermined the world order,” as well as countries that have chosen to recognize the State of Palestine, his spokesperson said Monday.

The U.S. president, who has reshaped American alliances with his transactional diplomacy and nationalist approach, will deliver his first speech at the UN General Assembly since returning to power.

Trump will also take the opportunity to “lay out his simple and constructive vision for the world,” said White House spokesperson Karoline Leavitt.

During his New York visit, he will hold bilateral meetings with his Ukrainian and Argentine counterparts, as well as a gathering with leaders from several Muslim-majority countries, including Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Turkey, Pakistan, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, and Jordan, Leavitt added.

The president will also address the decision by several countries, including France, to recognize the State of Palestine.

According to his spokesperson, Trump believes recognizing Palestine “rewards Hamas” and will tell the countries involved that the largely symbolic decision represents “words and not enough concrete action.”

At the UN podium, the Republican leader intends to highlight his peace-making efforts, asserting that he has ended “seven wars” since returning to the White House in January.
