U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham has toughened his stance against Lebanon's Hezbollah, calling for decisive measures to "put an end to its existence" and raising the possibility of military force as an alternative solution.
“The time has come to finish with Hezbollah,” he declared, emphasizing that the group “is trained by Iran and completely loyal to it.” According to Graham, Hezbollah operates as “an armed wing of Tehran” in the region.
The senator also stated that military force could be an option if diplomatic efforts fail. “Plan B is the disarmament of Hezbollah by military force,” he warned, though he did not specify who would carry out such an operation or under what framework.
