The national motorsport authority under the Automobile and Touring Club of Lebanon (ATCL), in collaboration with the municipality of Falougha-Khalouat, is organizing the first Hill Climb of the 2025 season this Sunday, June 29. This marks the long-awaited return of the discipline to Falougha after several years of interruption. The mountain is about to come alive with the roar of engines and the screech of tires.
A Highly Anticipated First Round
This event kicks off the 2025 Lebanese Hill Climb Championship, a discipline cherished by fans of pure driving and adrenaline-fueled thrills. The start is set for 10 AM on a technical and demanding course that winds its way along the hillside. The pressure will be high: every second shaved off the clock could make all the difference.
Thursday: Inspection Time
Before the race, competitors will undergo scrutineering. Administrative and technical checks will take place at the ATCL headquarters in Kaslik on Thursday starting at 6 PM. It’s a crucial moment for mechanics and drivers to fine-tune their machines ahead of the decisive climb.
