Lebanese Soldier Killed in Israeli Attack in South Lebanon

A Lebanese soldier succumbed to his injuries on Sunday in South Lebanon, after being shot by Israeli forces near Fatima gate Kfar Kila. Another civilian was critically wounded by two bullets in the same locality and was transported to the government hospital in Marjayoun for urgent medical treatment.

Meanwhile, in Blida, a young boy was injured after a bomb detonator from a previous Israeli attack exploded in front of his family’s home. He was transferred to Salah Ghandour Hospital, where he is reported to be in stable condition.

Additionally, another civilian in Blida sustained injuries when a small object exploded while he was collecting scrap metal. He was also taken to Salah Ghandour Hospital for treatment.

Further escalating the situation, an Israeli drone was spotted flying at a low altitude over Hermel. The Israeli army also continued its military fortifications at the Al-Assi site, opposite the Lebanese town of Mays al-Jabal. Simultaneously, Israeli artillery targeted the Bastra farm on the outskirts of Kfarchouba, near a Lebanese army position. No casualties were reported in the shelling.
