In a separate operation in Shadra, Akkar, another army unit apprehended a Lebanese national for possession of weapons and ammunition, confiscating a stockpile along with other military equipment.
Meanwhile, in Hermel, a Directorate of Intelligence patrol detained another Lebanese national on charges of smuggling people and weapons across the Lebanese-Syrian border.
