Marvel’s Thunderbolts delivers a powerful debut with $76 million in just three days. This spring momentum confirms a strong season for North American theaters.

Marvel’s Thunderbolts stormed the North American box office with a spectacular debut, grossing $76 million in its first three days, according to data released Sunday by Exhibitor Relations.

This team of unconventional and jaded anti-heroes falls into a dangerous trap, forcing them to join forces for a high-risk mission that will make them face the darkest parts of their past.

Packed with explosive action and starring Sebastian Stan and Florence Pugh, the film pushed Sinners down one spot. The vampire-themed drama, praised by critics, has now reached $33 million in its third week.

Minecraft: The Movie, based on the popular video game, dropped to third place but still pulled in $13.7 million, bringing its North American total to over $398.2 million after five weeks in theaters. Globally, it could become the first film of the year to cross the $1 billion mark.

The Accountant 2 came in fourth with $9.4 million in its second week. Ben Affleck reprises his role as a stoic accountant who secretly works for the mafia.

Horror film Until Dawn: Endless Death also kept drawing genre fans during its second weekend, bringing in $3.8 million.

North American theaters are enjoying a strong spring, marking the fifth weekend in a row with total revenues exceeding $100 million—a milestone only reached twice during the entire first quarter.

Here’s the rest of the top 10:
The Amateur ($1.8 million)
The King of Kings ($1.7 million)
Warfare ($1.3 million)
Hit: The 3rd Case ($925,000)
The Surfer ($675,000)
