The FIFA Football Tribunal rendered its decision in favor of the Palestinian football player Layth Kharoub, represented by the international sports lawyer Ralph Charbel, in the case opposing him to Kelantan United Football Club from Malaysia.
The FIFA Football Tribunal decided that the Malaysian club has to pay the professional Palestinian player outstanding salaries, reimbursement of expenses, compensation for the unilateral termination of the contract with just cause by the player and default interest.
The decision became final and binding.
Ralph Charbel, who contributed majorly to the development of sports law in the Middle East region, has won many international cases in which he represented clients from all over the world.
