After starring in the acclaimed film Yunan by Ameer Fakher Eldin – which was selected for the official competition at the Berlin International Film Festival and won awards at the Bari and Milan film festivals in Italy – and after shooting Mille Secrets Mille Dangers last summer with Oscar-nominated director Philippe Falardeau, Georges Khabbaz kept up the momentum. The actor recently returned from the Canary Islands in Spain, where he filmed a prominent role in a major Spanish-German co-produced series for children, directed by Swedish filmmaker Maria von Heland.
In addition, Khabbaz is preparing to stage the third season of the play Khyel Sahra with Adel Karam at Casino du Liban this coming summer, from July 17 to August 17, after the play enjoyed an exceptional success over the past two seasons.
