The world’s largest luxury group, LVMH, has announced key leadership changes across its fashion portfolio. Ramon Ros moves from Louis Vuitton China to Fendi, Apple’s Daniel DiCicco steps in at LV China, and Charlotte Coupé takes the reins at Kenzo.

Luxury giant LVMH announced on Monday a series of leadership changes across several of its key fashion houses, appointing new CEOs at Fendi and Kenzo, as well as a new head of Louis Vuitton China, who comes from a top position at Apple.

At Fendi, the Italian fashion house, Ramon Ros will succeed Pierre-Emmanuel Angeloglou as CEO starting July 1. Angeloglou was appointed less than a year ago, in May 2024.

Ros is currently CEO of Louis Vuitton China, a role in which “he played a key role in strengthening the desirability of the brand, while building and developing a talented local team,” the group said in a statement.
His expertise, LVMH added, “will enable him to elevate Fendi to new heights, while preserving its unique heritage and commitment to craftsmanship.”

Ros will be succeeded at Louis Vuitton China by Daniel DiCicco, effective April 28.

Since 2018, DiCicco has overseen Apple’s global retail operations. His experience, along with his “deep knowledge of Asian markets and consumers, will be instrumental in energizing our local teams and sustaining Louis Vuitton’s growth in China”—a market where the luxury sector as a whole is grappling with a slowdown in consumer spending, LVMH noted.

At Kenzo, Charlotte Coupé will take over as CEO on May 1, replacing Sylvain Blanc. Blanc, who “initiated a new chapter at Kenzo and laid the foundation for the brand’s ambitious development,” is leaving the group to pursue new projects.

Coupé brings with her experience from Ralph Lauren and Lacoste before joining Louis Vuitton in 2016.
