The Gaza Ministry of Health reported on Sunday that four people were killed and six others wounded in Israeli attacks "since the morning," amid disagreements between the warring parties over the next steps in the fragile truce.

"Since this morning, four dead and six injured" have been transported "to hospitals in the Gaza Strip following Israeli attacks in various areas of the territory," the ministry said in a statement.

Earlier, the Civil Defense reported "artillery shelling and tank fire from Israeli forces targeting areas on the outskirts of Abassan al-Kabira, east of Khan Younes" in the southern Gaza Strip.

"After verification, we have no knowledge of any artillery shelling in this area," said an Israeli military spokesperson.

The Palestinian Red Crescent reported one death and one injury "in an Israeli drone strike on civilians" in the area, and another death and two injuries in Al-Farahine, another town east of Khan Younes.

The Israeli military also announced conducting an airstrike in an unspecified area in northern Gaza against "several suspects… planting an explosive device" in a zone where Israeli soldiers are deployed.

The Red Crescent reported recovering the bodies of two people killed in Beit Hanoun (north), near the buffer zone maintained by the Israeli military along the border with Gaza.
