Conducted by Maestro Dr. Lubnan Baalbaki, the Lebanese National Philharmonic Orchestra dazzled music lovers with the haunting beauty of Mozart’s Requiem.
Accompanied by the NDU choir, led by Father Khalil Rahme and the outstanding Soprano Marie-Josée Matar, Mezzo-Soprano Axelle Saint-Cirel, Tenor Bechara Moufarrej and Baritone Shady Torbey, the concert offered its audience a night of magic and hope for better days. The President of Lebanese National Higher Conservatory of Music, Hiba Al Kawas, stressed that, in coordination with the Minister of Culture Ghassan Salameh, efforts are underway to promote the music economy sector.
