Elie Ziade’s Gin Fizz
Ingredients:
For 1 person
- 6 cl gin
- 1 cl sugar syrup
- 2 cl lemon juice
- Sparkling water
- Slice of lemon
Preparation:
- Place ice cubes in a shaker. Add the syrup, lemon juice and gin. Shake for a few seconds.
- Pour content into a glass. Add sparkling water.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon.
Rum can be repalced with gin.
