Nidal Ayoub's Triple Chocolate Cookies Ingredients - 150g dark chocolate - 150g milk chocolate - 3 tablespoons cocoa powder - 330g butter at room temperature - 250g brown sugar - 1 packet of vanilla sugar - A pinch of salt - 400g flour - 1 teaspoon baking powder - 30g chocolate chips - 30g candied orange peel - 30g crushed walnuts Instructions: 1. Chop the chocolates and melt them using a double boiler or a microwave. 2. Beat the butter with the sugars until the mixture is creamy. 3. Add the flour, baking powder, cocoa, the two melted chocolates and the eggs. 4. Divide the dough into three portions. 5. Add the chocolate chips to one portion, the chopped candied orange peel to the second and the crushed walnuts to the third. 6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 7. Scoop portions of dough with a spoon and place them on the baking sheet, spacing them out. 8. Preheat the oven to 190°C. 9. Bake for 10 minutes. 10. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, lift the cookies with a spatula and let them cool on a wire rack.
