Hala Abdallah’s Pumpkin Soup Ingredients: - Pumpkin - Onion - Potato - Salt - Black pepper - Stock cube Instructions: - Place peeled pumpkin, fried onion, potato, stock cube and water into a pot. - ⁠Boil for 15 minutes, until the pumpkin is very tender. - ⁠Wait until it's cold. - ⁠Use a stick blender or transfer to a blender and blend until smooth. - ⁠Add salt and pepper to taste (optional: add cream).
