Caretaker prime minister Najib Mikati discussed on Wednesday “the legal and operational framework and estimated cost for debris removal and reconstruction” with Minister of Transport and Public Works Ali Hamiyeh, a member of the cabinet close to Hezbollah.
Discussions also covered the state of public facilities, from the airport to seaports, and the proper work processing at these facilities.
