3. Rally: Haroutounian Wins ATCL Speed Test

Driver Garo Haroutounian on a Mitsubishi Mirage took the title in the 4^th Speed Test organized by the Lebanese Automobile and Tourism Club (ATCL) in Ballouneh (Kesrouan).

Alex Feghali on a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 8 finished second, around two seconds behind the leader, and Paul Kosseifi on a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 9 finished third.

The race was part of the fourth round of the year's Lebanese sprint racing championship.

Ninety-six cars took part in the race.
