- Hamas Official Targeted by Bekaa Strike 'Narrowly Escaped'
A Palestinian Hamas official narrowly escaped an Israeli drone attack on Sunday in West Bekaa, a Lebanese security source told AFP on Monday.
A Syrian civilian driving a utility vehicle was killed in the strike in the Souairi area in the Bekaa Valley.

According to the security source, the drone strike was actually targeting a Hamas official in Lebanon, whom it did not name. The official was traveling on the same road and escaped the raid.
