The southern front maintains its daily reality with the continued clashes between Hezbollah and the Israeli army.

Today, the Israeli army fired heavy artillery shells on the outskirts of the towns of Naqoura, Yarine, Jebbayn, Dhayra, Aita al-Shaab, Chihine and Wadi Hamul. Israeli warplanes also carried out a strike on the area between Chihine Um al-Tut, and Marwahin.

Additionally, it was reported that Israeli artillery shelling targeted the outskirts of the town of Markaba. Direct shells fired by an Israeli Merkava tank targeted the eastern front of the town overlooking Wadi Hunayn.

The town of Dhayra was subjected to phosphorus shelling, prompting the Red Cross ambulance teams to respond.

The Israeli army also announced that "Air Force fighters attacked Hezbollah targets in Lebanese territory," adding that they “bombed a Hezbollah military headquarters in the town of Yaroun.”

Israeli warplanes flew over Naqoura, Aita al-Shaab and Bint Jbeil.

On their part, Hezbollah announced that it had targeted "the Khirbet Ma'ar base with appropriate weapons."

The Israeli army continues to paralyze the movement of daily life in the southern villages and towns adjacent to the Blue Line, targeting agricultural workshops, civilian vehicles and moving mechanical and human bodies, especially at night, in addition to targeting ambulances, media, and journalists.
